Rockdale Community Services
manages the St. George Easy Care Gardening Service which creates easy to
manage gardens for frail aged people, people with disabilities and their
carers. The service is coordinated by a Project Manager and is supported
by a Team Leader and the assistance of many wonderful volunteers. After
an assessment and consultation with the client the team will come in and
create an easy to manage garden that will enhance the independance and security
of the client. The service is funded through the Governments Home and Community
Care Project and so therefore fees are kept to a minimum.
The fees are as follows:
An average size garden
= $45.00 (negotiable) :
The fees will vary for large or small gardens
